With more than 35 years of experience in the engineering industry, Mr.Rafik Shaikh founded Keintek in the year 2004. Prior to starting Keintek, Mr. Rafik Shaikh founded Royal Engineering which he is still running from last 35 years. Mr. Rafik Shaikh has a degree in commerce and finance from the University Of Pune.

Mr. Siddik Shaikh - Chief Operating Officer
With more than 5 years of experience in the Information Technology, Mr.Siddik Shaikh co-founded Keintek in the year 2004. Mr. Siddik Shaikh has a Master degree in commerce and PGDMM from the University Of Pune, Import Export from MITCON.
